Lacy Green is a Nashville-based singer-songwriter, raised in the foothills of North Carolina. Her songs often carry the same sense of in-betweenness as her childhood landscape, resisting easy answers in favor of characters who are contradictory, uncertain, hopeful, and recognizably human.

Pulling from an eclectic mix of roots music, folk, country, bluegrass, and indie pop, Green has built a reputation as both a versatile songwriter and compelling performer. Her songs have been recorded by other artists as well as for TV and film. As an artist in her own right, Green has performed across the country and appeared on some of Nashville's biggest stages.

Green is also the lead singer of the band The Wonderful Nobodies and author of “The Wire”, a children’s book based on her song of the same name. Learn more at lacygreen.com
